Interview process
1. Application Review
Submit your application for one of the positions below and answer a few short questions. If your application is a fit, our team will reach out to you to get the process started.
2. Team Member Screen
The first step will be an initial screen with a member of the recruiting team. We’ll ask about the work you’ve been doing lately and you’ll be able to learn more about what we’re doing here at TreeCloud.
3. Pre-Onsite Interviews
We do a few rounds of interviews before an onsite. Depending on the role you’re interviewing for, this could include one or two technical screens, or a take home exercise. You’ll learn the process during the Team Member Screen.
4. Onsite Interviews
We invite candidates onsite at our office in San Salvador to spend a day with the team and learn more about what it’s like to work at TreeCloud. You may have 3-4 technical/role-specific interviews along with an interview focusing on experience and values.
