TreeCloud, committed to respecting the privacy of its users and following the guidelines of the General Data Processing Regulation, will collect and process personal information and data of its users only in accordance with the stipulations previously established and made available to the public. Your privacy is important, therefore, all collection of information and personal data will not be commercialized or shared with third parties, but keep in mind that several of our servers are located in other countries, such as the United States of America.

The personal information of our users is stored and protected by computer security systems, which prevent theft, duplication, falsification, destruction or alteration of the same.

The only scenario in which TreeCloud will be forced to share your private information is by court order, in which case TreeCloud will cooperate with the authorities.

TreeCloud reserves the right to modify, delete, suspend or cancel its Privacy Policy without prior notice to its users.

This being an Adhesion Agreement, you are bound to TreeCloud's Privacy Policies by accepting them in a single act that will have effect for future interactions with TreeCloud's E-Commerce platform. Exceptional Privacy Policies will be informed in due form.

In accordance with the General Data Processing Regulations, the Consumer Protection Law and the E-Commerce Law.

Personal Data:

“Any information about an identified or identifiable natural person («the interested party»); an identifiable natural person is any person whose identity can be established, directly or indirectly, in particular by means of an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more elements of the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that person.” Article 4 Numeral one General Regulation for Data Processing.


“Any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.” Article 4 Numeral two of the General Regulations for Data Processing


“Any natural or legal person, whether public or private, that carries out activities of production, manufacture, import, supply, construction, distribution, rental, facilitation, commercialization or contracting of goods, transformation, storage, transportation, as well as the rendering of services to consumers, through the payment of a price, fee or rate.”

Stakeholder or User:

“Consumer or User: any natural or legal person who acquires, uses or enjoys goods or services, or receives an offer thereof, regardless of the public or private, individual or collective nature of those who produce, market, facilitate, supply or issue them.” Article 3, Paragraph A of the Consumer Protection Law


“Electronic commerce shall be understood as the process of contracting or exchanging goods, services and commercial information through data communication networks.”

Article 13-C of the Consumer Protection Law
